Web Developer Skills and Qualifications

UI Developer Skills and Qualifications:

Solid know-how of HTML, CSS and JavaScript .Experience in creating web / mobile applications Experience in creating responsive pages and cross-platform, cross-browser support.


Mobile Developer Skills and Qualifications:

Said OOP and software design knowledge – you should know how to create software that’s extensible, reusable and meets desired architectural objectivesExperience with Objective-C and a willingness to learn new technologies if needed (ideally you have shipped 1-2 substantial apps and know how to integrate with backend RESTful APIs).


Database DeveloperSkills and Qualifications:

3+ years working as a database engineer or a related role. Strong SQL expertise. You can write a query to do almost anything’s server administration experience. You also have the basics of running Microsoft SQL Server — users, permission, backups, recovery, monitoring, and that sort of thing. Ability to create SQL reports. Database tuning experience.


Systems AdministratorSkills and Qualifications:

Proficiency installing and administering some sort of mainstream operating system (Linux/Ubuntu preferred). Ability to be on-call 24×7 at least one week per month. Shell scripting experience. Experience with MySQL databases. 1-2 years in a system administration or related role.


Project ManagerSkills and Qualifications:

At least 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years working in an Agile environment. Knowledge and experience with Agile best practices (you know how to be a Scrum Master and would be comfortable teaching others the ropes). Experience shipping software. You know all aspects of the SDLC, can interface with all the disciplines involved, and you are educated in best practices of iterative development. An understanding of metrics-driven processes. You are comfortable with task definition, backlog tracking, burn-down metrics and velocity.


Quality Assurance Engineer Skills and Qualifications:

Enrolled in or have completed your B.S. in Computer Science or a related field (or the equivalent experience of such a degree). A passion for technology and a knack for details. Ability to create test plans, define testing strategies, and get a kick out of uncovering those hard-to-find bugs. Experience with Java or another object-oriented programming language.


Junior HR Executive Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage pipeline, clarify required job skills and competencies and use the best sourcing strategies and techniques for each job category.
  • Move candidates through the pipeline efficiently, minimizing unnecessary interviews and maximizing close rates.
  • Respond to emails from interested candidates & coordinate scheduling with the team.
  • Identify, pre-screen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates at all levels.
  • Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across the organization.
  • Manage and promote the organization's referral programs.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to hit goals.
